How to Send Feedback
- Click on your Profile (email address) in the bottom left of the sidebar.
- Select Feedback from the dropdown menu.
- A modal will appear with the following fields:
- Category: Choose between Bug, Idea, or Other.
- Subject: A brief summary of your feedback.
- Message: Detailed information about your report or suggestion.
- Click Submit.
What to Include in a Bug Report
To help us fix issues faster, please include:
- A clear description of what happened.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- What you expected to happen versus what actually occurred.
- If applicable, the specific AI model or tool you were using.
Feature Suggestions
We love hearing how we can make Crafty AI better for you. When suggesting a feature, try to explain the problem it solves or the workflow it improves. Our team reviews all suggestions as we plan our roadmap.
